Carrot Juice Bread Recipe
A simple tasty Carrot Juice Bread Recipe perfect for the bread maker. It gives your bread a subtle carrot taste and its a great way to get extra vitamins into your diet. The bread is lovely and soft but with a nice firm crust, perfect for sandwiches or dinner.

Cook Time 4 hours hrs
- 3 3/4 cups of plain flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 1/3 cup of carrot juice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
Add all the dry ingredients to your bread maker then pour in the carrot juice
Set your machine for a large loaf, medium crust (if your machine allows) and select your time (should take 4 hours if your baking straight away)
When done remove the bread pan and let it cool for 5-10 minutes before turning the bread out on to a wire rack
Let it cool, slice and enjoy
