Making fudge in the slow cooker is so easy to do, and gives you simply delicious creamy results every time with just a few basic ingredients. This recipe is for slow cooker Chocolate Peanut Butter fudge but you can make any combination you fancy so why not experiment with your own flavours too
Turn your Slow Cooker on to high, break the chocolate into chunks and add it to the slow cooker with the whole tin of condensed milk and the butter
Keep the lid off the Slow Cooker and stir it well every 10-15 minutes, making sure you scrap the edges and mix well.
Once the chocolate is all melted and mixed well, about 1-1:15 hours add the peanut better and mix it all together again
Once the peanut butter is combined well into the mixture you can pour the whole lot into a shallow dish or baking tin. I used a silicon cake mould to make it easier to remove afterwards.
Top with the whole pack of chocolate chips, you may need to pat them down a little to make them sink into the fudge better. Then pop it in the fridge until it is well set. We found leaving it overnight gave the best results.
Slice into chunks and enjoy!
TIP: if you plan to store it keep it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge for it to stay fresh longer.
