So in January we took a mini break to Bluestone National Park in Pembrokeshire, this is now becoming an annual thing for me and Jon as this is our 3rd January break there and we have already booked for next January. It might be cold there at that time of year but it is such a lovely peaceful place to relax after all the chaos of Christmas, and at that time of year it is fairly quiet on site and pretty cheap to go to. We are making the most of it whilst the little man is still little and not in school as going in the school holidays is a totally different experience.
This time as we had the little dude with us I thought I would make a little highlights video of all the fun things we got up to. We tend not to be super active as we like to relax when there but we did have lots of fun in the pool every day, visited the activity centre and even took park in a baby sensory class.
Please have a peek at our video if you’d like to see what Bluestone is like and what you can do when your there, or if your planning to take a break there. Whilst we were on site they also had a special Light Illuminations Show on the nature walk which was really cool to see. I hope they do more things like that in the future as it was something different to our usual break in Bluestone.
Have you been to Bluestone National Park in Pembrokeshire? What did you think of it? Is there somewhere else in the UK you like to take regular family breaks? We are always looking for somewhere else local that we can visit with the little man.
