Today I’m going to tell you what I thought of the Nimble Sticky Stopper and Nimble Laundry Lover products.We are more ethically friendly and environmentally conscious than ever at the moment. Many of us are realising we need to take care of our planet better and try to lessen our impact on the environment. There are so many ways each of us can help just by making small alterations to our everyday life. Changing to Nimble cleaning products where you can is that little step. All the products are baby/child safe and made predominantly from plant based ingredients.
Nimble Sticky Stopper Review
What is it about toddlers that mean they seem to leave a sticky trail wherever they go, even when they haven’t had food! Most surfaces in our house that Elian touches manage to get sticky at some point throughout the day so I often spend a lot of time wiping down tables, his highchair, toys, my sofa, amongst other things. Usually I use anti bacterial wipes or antibacterial spray and an e-cloth but I know both of these aren’t particularly good for our environment. That is why I was interested in testing out the Nimble Sticky Stopper

After using it every day for a few weeks I am really impressed with how effective it is on cleaning off sticky residues. The worst effected place in our house is the back of Elian’s high chair, which seems to get sticky a few times every day as he uses the chair a lot. The Sticky Stopper manages to clean it off with ease, I haven’t needed to scrub it hard which I sometimes did in the past.
The cleaning power is very effective which also means I haven’t needed to use a lot of the spray to clean up each day. I am pretty sure the bottle I have is going to last me quite a while, which is also great financially! And it means I won’t get through so many plastic bottles so it is at least a little better on the plastic waste front too!
The product also doesn’t have any strong chemical odour, due to its natural ingredients, which is something I often dislike about any cleaning products.
Nimble Laundry Lover Review
Kids clothes take a beating! First of all from the heavy wear they usually take, all that climbing, crawling, running, jumping around. But also from all the food and drink kids manage to get on them. No meal or snack time can pass without Elian getting what looks like half of his food on his outfit. And certain foods are an absolute nightmare to get out of any fabric. So I need a laundry detergent which is powerful enough too cut through all manner of food stains, whilst still being gentle enough not to bleach the clothing.
I am very attached to a lot of Elian’s clothing, as I simply adore a number of the pieces I buy for him. So keeping them in the best condition I can and stain free is really important to me. Plus I hope to be able to use most of his clothing for a future sibling, so I need them to be in a good condition over a long period of time.

Well it managed to cut through pretty much all the food stains Elian decided to get on his clothes this last few weeks, which have included Jam, Baked Beans, Gravy, Tomato Sauce (a lot of tomato sauce!!!), Black Current Squash, Curry, to name but a few. Everything seems to have come out of the wash stain free which is pretty impressive!
I also really like the smell of it. Nothing too strong or over bearing, which I often find some of the scented detergents. Strong scents and cleaning products can sometimes affect my asthma and allergies quite badly, so I have to be careful what products we use in the house. So far this one hasn’t caused me any issues.
The colours have stayed vibrant as far as I can tell, black is still nicely black and the whites are white. Which is great without the use of a bleaching element in the product.
Nimble Cleaning Product Review Final thoughts
I am honestly really impressed by both of the products I tested out. The sticky stopper has made my daily cleaning up after Elian a little easier, and I am very happy with how Elian’s clothes are looking after being washed in the Laundry Lover Detergent. I am defiantly be using these products in the future. It is great to know they are all baby/child safe products, as keeping Elian safe from any cleaning chemicals is obviously majorly important to us.
Plus knowing they are a little less harmful to the environment makes you feel a little better using it.
