WARNING! This is an image heavy post because I simply love this set of images too much so I didn’t manage to cut many during editing! Sorry! But my little dude is super cute so I hope you all don’t mind too much.
The original plan for these photos was to take them in a pumpkin patch as some halloween/autumn photos, but that turned out to be an epic fail when we arrived at the farm for their ‘halloween’ event only to be told that all the pumpkins had been picked before the start of the event…I was not impressed when their website still said pick your own pumpkin from our pumpkin patch! So a quick change of plans, and we headed to a local gardens instead, Dunraven Gardens. We love this little walled garden and castle ruins for taking pictures and its nearly always quiet.
I have often passed the Ogam Igam shoe shop in Penarth and ‘awwed’ at how freaking cute the tiny baby shoes are, so I was super stoked when the owner got in touch to offer Elian a pair of shoes from their winter ranges. We already had a nice pair of trainers for him but I knew I wanted to find him a good pair of winter boots for the colder weather coming in. Ogam Igam have a great range of kids shoes for all ages (plus adult ones). I spent ages going through all of the boys shoes pulling out the pairs I liked the look of, then Jon had a look and we got it down to a final pair we liked the most.
We eventually decided on these lovely Primigi Brown Boots and I am so pleased with our choice. They are real leather, with a anti-shock sole with lots of good grip so they will be great when the weather starts getting icy.
So here is what the little man is wearing
- Top – MiniClub from Boots
- Shirt – F+F at Tesco
- Trousers – H&M
- Shoes – Primigi via Ogam Igam
How lush are these shots of him with Jon, he is such a giggler when he is with his daddy!
