Ive been looking for crafts and activities to do with my school playgroup this last week and have found an awesome collection of crafts, sensory play and activities for celebrating the Queens Platinum Jubilee with Kids. These crafts include Union Jacks, Crown Jewels, Castles, the Royal Family and the Palace Guards, plus lots of decorations to help celebrate and commemorate our Queen’s historic reign of 70 years.
When is The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee?
On 6th February this year Her Majesty The Queen became the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking her 70 year reign of the UK and the Commonwealth. To celebrate this unprecedented anniversary, events and initiatives will take place across the country throughout the year, and will end with a four day UK bank holiday weekend from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June.
