Equipment

  • Slow Cooker/Pressure Cooker with Slow Cooker Setting
  • Baking Tin/Square Silicon mould

Ingredients

  • 400 g White Chocolate (we actually used white choc with Strawberries in which you can get in Lidl)
  • 1 tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 30 g Butter
  • 100 g Dried Strawberries finely diced

Instructions

  • Put your slow cooker on high. Break the chocolate into chunks and add it to the slow cooker along with the condensed milk and butter. Leave the lid off the slow cooker
  • Stir the mixture well every 10-15 minutes, making sure to scrap the edges all the way round. you need to do this for 1.5 hours, until the mixture is completely melted and totally combined
  • Add the diced strawberries and mix well. Then pour the mixture into a shallow dish, baking tin or we use a silicon cake mold as its easier to remove it.
  • Pop it in the fridge to set. It will take a few hours to completely harden, we found leaving it overnight worked best (if you can resist it that long!)
  • Slice into chunks and enjoy!!!

Notes

TIP: Store it in the fridge in an airtight container to keep it fresh for longer
