Method
- Set your Pressure Cooker to Sauté, add a dash of oil and fry the sausages and garlic for 5 minutes until striating to brown.
- Stop sauté setting, add all other ingredients to pot and stir well
- Set pressure cooker to manual, high pressure for 15minutes and lock id in place
- Make sure pressure valve is closed and start cooker
- Once finished use quick release by opening valve
- Give it a stir, serve in a bowl with some crusty bread and enjoy
Notes
Not a fan of Sausages? Replace them with chicken breast for a tasty chicken and bean casserole instead
If you cant find mixed beans, regular baked beans will work too
Don't have a Pressure Cooker? Brown your sausages in a pan on the hob, then pop it all in a casserole dish and put in the oven for around 40minutes
