Instructions
Lets get cooking! Add all the ingredients to the Pressure Cooker except for the extra juice and the cornflour. Give it all a good stir to combine and coat the chicken in veg in all the tasty sauce ingredients
Pop the lid on, and turn the valve to closed. Set the pressure cooker to manual, high pressure, 6 minutes
Once cooking time is over, do a quick release. Mix the remaining juice and the cornflour. Remove the lid and add the cornflour mix. Set the machine to sauté and allow to simmer for around 5 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
