So it is Day 2 of our 5 Days of Hello Fresh Recipes and this time we decided to try out their Asian Pork Burger Recipe. We love burgers, but rarely make them from scratch and almost never have pork ones so we thought this would be something different to try.
They were serves with a nutty carrot slaw and some potato wedges. There was a slight problem with the ingredients as it was missing the peanut butter and for once I didn’t have any in the house!! So we substituted it with mango chutney to keep on the asian theme, but knowing it would give it a slightly sweeter taste. But we both loved it.
Check out the vlog to see how we cooked it and you’ll find the full recipe below if you fancy making it for yourself! Plus use this link to get £20 off your first box.
Don’t forget to check out yesterdays recipe too, we made lemon and oregano chicken!
