[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Have you seen these appearing in Supermarkets recently? I called into Tesco a few weeks ago and spotted these cute little bottles in the drinks fridge, I was at first attracted to the pretty and colourful bottles, then noticed the awesome ingredients/flavours on them. I have a massive thing for iced tea, or anything that resembles iced tea! And these all contain some form of tea! Yay! So I simply had to try these Little Miracles Organic Energy drinks.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]I had managed to try 2 of the Little Miracles current range, but hadn’t got my hands on the others. Being the nosy person I am, I checked their website to see what the other flavours were, and I dropped them a quick email to ask where I could possibly get them locally. The lovely lady on the other end of the email said they would send me out a little gift box so I could try all the flavours. So here they all are, and here is what I thought of them. Clockwise from top left we have:
White Tea, Ginseng, Cherry, Acai and Agave – This is the first one I actually tried, as I really liked the idea of the cherry flavour, and I totally love it! It is possibly my favourite (close battle with the pomegranate!) I find it really refreshing without it being too sweet, as the white tea and ginseng even out the sweetness of the cherry and agave.
Lemongrass Tea, Orange Juice, Ginger, Ginseng and Agave – I hadn’t managed to try this one before, and in all honesty I wasn’t sure I wanted to as I really hate the taste of Ginger. But I was pleasantly surprised, although Jon still didn’t like it. I found that the ginseng was actually the flavour that came through more than the rest, and the ginger was just a very subtle hint. It is still my least favourite of the 4 as I found it had a slight herbal/medicinal taste to it, but I was still happy to finish off the bottle.
Green Tea, Ginseng, Pomegranate, Acai and Agave – This is the other one I managed to pick up at the local Tesco store, and I really loved it straight from the get go. It is refreshing, and sweet, and just too yummy! I wish they did this one in a bigger bottle as I could literally drink a huge litre of it quite easily. It definitely battles the top spot with the cherry one.
Black tea, Ginseng, Peach, Acai and Agave – So this is the last one, and the other one that I hadn’t tried before. I’m not a big peach fan normally, but actually adore the peach lipton iced tea, so figured this could be a hit, and it really was! I love this one too! It is slightly less sweet than the cherry, but I still find it really refreshing.
So the low down on them, they are less than 90 calories each, which may sound a lot for a little drink, but it is all organic and the calories come from natural sugars. They are meant as a natural energy drink, so it isn’t advised you go drink a tonne of them (they are 22% of your recommended daily intake of sugar!) They aren’t super healthy in that sense (but nothing is these days) but they are really yummy and 100% organic.
So far they have been involved with Forever 21 launches in Amsterdam, London Pride Festival and the Colour Me 5km in New York. Plus in November 2013 they won best cold beverage in the Quality Food Awards.
Have you managed to try any of these yet?

I’m lucky that they sell all four flavours in my local Tesco Express! I really like them all but I think the black tea is my favourite.
Oh you lucky thing, it’s very hit or miss around here as to whether they stock them, but they are very tasty!
