- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder.

Cut your garlic cloves in half. Cut the onion in four pieces. Put the garlic and the onion on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Take your beautiful 6-pound turkey breast and place it in the crock pot on top of the garlic and onion. That way the breast won’t be fully emerged in cooking juices.
Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and sweet paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle the turkey breast with the mixture over the top. Spoon the olive oil evenly over the turkey breast. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon on the top as well.
Finally, add the herbs to your crock pot. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 – 7 hours.
