ipad caseSince I’ve had my ipad mini, I’ve had a crappy 99p case on it that doesn’t even cover the screen, plus I’ve got the screen on permanently so that it doesn’t turn off when I use it for the Photo Booth. This new awesome skull ipad case from Lente Designs is just the ticket. It’s got a front screen cover to stop me from scratching it to pieces, it’s nice and snug fitting so the iPad is going nowhere, and it’s got the magnet built in to the lid, so when I close it my screen locks and saves me battery power if I forget to lock the home screen.

The Apple version is silly money to buy for what it does, and lets be fair, skulls are way cooler than a selection of colours to choose from. My favourite thing though is the ability to fold up the lid and make the case into a stand, so I can now stand my iPad up next to my iMac and watch some YouTube or Netflix at the same time as I work. Lets not forget, dropping these devices isn’t fun, and with the added durability and softer construction of the case compared to the metal iPad casing, its got to help with drop protection.
