Slimming World Chilli Recipe

This Slimming World Chilli Recipe has always been one of our favourite recipes as it is super simple and quick to make when you’re in a hurry or not really in the mood to cook.

Jon and I first joined Slimming World on New Years Eve 2013 as we had both decided enough was enough in regards to our weight. We have been members 3 times since then and always managed to easily lose the weight we were looking to shift. But as with most people over time and for different reasons we have slowly regained weight. Although we are currently not members (Nov 2020) I am looking to return in the near future to help shift my baby weight again.

This recipe is incredibly simple to make, even if you aren’t much of a cook. It uses basic ingredients that are cheap to buy, making it great if you are on a budget. And it is really tasty and filling, which is what you really want out of dieting food, it’ll stop you getting hungry later and snacking on synful food. Even if you aren’t on Slimming World this is a great healthy Chilli Recipe. I have adapted it from the original Slimming World Chilli recipe so it suits our tastes better as I can’t eat spicy food, this is a milder chilli.

If you don't like beef this recipe can easily be made with another meat mince, simply change out the beef for chicken, turkey, pork or lamb. Just make sure to check fat levels and associated sins
