What I Wore – Linnea Clogs

2015-06-30_0005When these Moheda Linnea Clogs arrived in the post I was a little at a loss on how to style them. They are so far from anything I currently or have ever owned and totally different to my usual style, but I love a challenge! I really love the delicate floral pattern on them, which is totally perfect for the summer months but white shoes often post a few problems, and obviously a clog is something I have had a chance style before, but I had fun and came up with this simple summer outfit, perfect for a walk down the beach or maybe for a festival2015-06-30_0006Outfit details:

    • Dress – Mossimo Supply Co
    • Shoes – c/o Moheda Linnea Clogs
    • Floral Crown – Crown and Glory via Lucky Dip Club
    • Sunglasses – Vogue
    • T-Rex Necklace – Lucky Dip Club
    • Bracelets – Claires

The clogs are from Moheda a traditional Swedish clog design and manufacturing company. They have a 100% leather top and a non treated wooden sole. Now I have never bought clogs as I am not great with backless shoes as my feet slip out of them and had never thought they looked particularly comfortable, but I was pleasantly surprised how easily I managed to walk in them without them coming off or hurting me feet. The quality is great, really solid and the materials seem very high quality considering they are only £23 (give or take for currency exchange rate!) 2015-06-30_0007 Both my Crown and Glory headband and my T-Rex necklace are from Lucky Dip Club, which if you haven’t heard of yet is a monthly subscription box of custom designed and made jewellery, accessories, household items, stationary and general fun stuff. Leona who runs the company is absolutely lovely and each month comes up with a different theme for the boxes then works on designs and products to match it – now with help from a different designer each month.

This months theme was dinosaurs and we got this awesome tiny t-rex necklace which I really love! You have to be quick if you want a box as they are limited each month, they go sale at 7am on the 1st of the month and usually sell out within just a few hours. I have been a member for around 9 months now so pay directly each month so I don’t miss out. This is the only monthly box I still subscribe to as I never get bored of it. Go check out the website for all her other great items as she has a regular shop with past box products too.two hearts one roof
