Is it spring yet? I’m not one to complain about the weather usually, but here in Wales it seems to have been rubbish for quite some time. But last week we had a glimmer of hope, and 2 days of beautiful sunshine. So in true brit fashion we made the most of them and got out for a much needed walk in the woods.
I love where we live. Neath may be a tiny little, working town in the Welsh Valleys but I am so lucky to be a stones throw from woods, rivers, parks and mountains (literally my garden!) So when we do finally get decent weather it is super easy for us to just get out and walk to the woods for some much needed fresh air and time in nature. Plus it makes for prettier pictures for you guys!
I have a stack of clothing I want to photograph on Elian (and a few items for myself) but being totally honest I am way behind due to the 1st (and 2nd) trimester of this pregnancy really taking its toll on me! I’m finally starting to feel a little more human, so here’s to a rise in posts and me actually getting out of the house and looking human…occasionally at least.
Toddler Style
I love my little dude in fun prints and indie brands, which I why I am always so excited to find and work with small independent labels and mum made stores. Todays outfit is made of some items we have been gifted and a t-shirt I was lucky enough to win via an instagram competition.
I felt the jumper from Up To No Good was totally perfect for Elian at the moment. Toddlers don’t really understand their emotions yet so tend to show every feeling they have on the outside. He loves unconditionally and really does wear his heart on his sleeve.
His leggings are from indie mum made brand Ginger and Jo, which we now own a few items from and are just so soft and well made, they are going to last a while…or until he grows out of them. But Im sure I will be using them for number 2 soon enough.
I won his rather awesome ‘Planet Elian’ t-shirt from Drop Scone Designs and totally love it. As does he as it glows in the dark!!
And lastly his walking shoes are from Keen and you may have already seen them on this post which gives you a proper review of what we think of Keen Toddler Shoes
